Shelbys Citco & Towing EXCELLENT!!! “Imagine your son is on his way to Florida from Georgia and his car breaks down at 10:30 pm somewhere in Florida, it's dark, raining, and you're not sure exactly where he's at; neither does he, and you're over 1000 miles away. After your son calls 911 so they can ping his cell phone to tell his exact location, pray that you are near Gainsville, Florida so you can call Shelby's Citco and Towing to come to the rescue. A very scared mother and a distraught son leaned on Travis for assistance and helpful guidance. After all, the next day is a holiday and you know most service centers are closed so what do you do? Travis' voice was very calming and reassuring that everything will be okay and he will make sure your son gets to a safe place. And he was right! My son made it safely to his destination and Travis even called me back to let me know he did. My son and I have never had such terrific customer service and the efficiency and rates were unbelievable. I wish there were 10 stars because the company AND Travis deserve it.
