Jerrys Highway Service Incredibly unprofessional “My daughters transmission went out and we had the car towed to Jerry's Highway Service who has done work for me for over 20 years (evidently Jerry does not own it anymore). They were closed and my wife called them the following day and told them to call once they determined the problem and we would arrange payment. It was determined that the transmission would be repairable, but they did not know the cost. After several left messages that they had not returned they finally were reached. My wife was taken aback by how rude and unprofessional the fellow she spoke with was ( new owner Jade). We had the car towed and refused to do business with Jerry's. I am incredibly sad how a wonderful business history has been destroyed.”
